Omek Houriya Salad


A typical Tunisian salad simple and very good. It is made with carrots and spices, a delight.


● 6 Carrots
● 2 garlic cloves
● 2 teaspoon Harissa STICAP
● Vinegar
● Olive oil STICAP
● 1 teaspoon Caraway
● Salt

STEP 1 : Peel the carrots, cut into slices and cook them in water for about 20 minutes.

STEP 2 : Once the carrots are cooked, drain, put them in a plate and crush with a fork.

STEP 3 : Add the STICAP harissa, vinegar, a little of STICAP olive oil, salt and caraway (karweya) and mix.

STEP 4 : Decorate with hard boiled eggs, sardines, tuna or olive.
